As the reviews say, I also had a hard time with diarrhea after taking it. (I cut it in half)
Also, it doesn't go well with alcohol, so when I took it while drinking, I got really drunk and it was hard from top to bottom.
I think it's a good idea to cut it into a quarter and adjust it so that it doesn't have too much effect.
The projection and duration are excellent, but I've given it this rating considering the side effects.

I was confident in my erectile power, so I bought it hoping it would help with premature ejaculation.
About 30 minutes after taking the medicine, I got an erection on my own and it became so hard that it hurt. I was surprised that it could get that hard.
