As the reviews say, I also had a hard time with diarrhea after taking it. (I cut it in half)
Also, it doesn't go well with alcohol, so when I took it while drinking, I got really drunk and it was hard from top to bottom.
I think it's a good idea to cut it into a quarter and adjust it so that it doesn't have too much effect.
The projection and duration are excellent, but I've given it this rating considering the side effects.

It's pretty strong. This is my first time taking this kind of medicine, but I feel that the effects and side effects are quite strong. For better or worse, this is the first time I've felt the effects of the medicine to this extent. About an hour after I started taking it, my face got hot and red. I also felt my nose getting stuffy and my blood vessels pulsating. I thought the medicine was working, but when I looked at a pornographic image in this state, I got a perfect erection. I've had ED for three years, so I was surprised at how easily I got an erection. I tried masturbating as it was, but it didn't come at all. However, just when I thought I was about to come, I got it easily. It makes sense that AV actors also take it.

This medicine contains a lot of ingredients, so it's best to split it with a pill cutter before taking it.
I think it's good for people with large bodies, but you can only take up to 50mg, right?
But if you split it and take it, I think it's pretty cost-effective.
Well, it's up to you whether you choose it or not.

This is my first review. I was using ED medication, but recently I started to have premature ejaculation, so I ordered Super P Force, which combines ED medication and premature ejaculation prevention medication. About 30 minutes after taking it, I was hit with stomach pain and continued diarrhea. I don't know how long I was in the bathroom, but after a while the symptoms subsided, so we started having sex. There were no problems with erectile power or stamina◎ The time to finish was extended, and I was able to enjoy it until the third round. The side effects were quite severe, so I'm considering whether to continue using it...

I didn't really feel any effect on premature ejaculation.
But I did feel like it touched my lower back more firmly than usual.
The effect on erection was amazing.
It was so hard that it hurt.

My body was hot and my face was red, and I came an hour after drinking it, but I ended up coming right away. However, the second time I got a hard erection right away and this time I was able to last longer. Usually, the second time was just a dream. Instead, I couldn't come at all the second time and it ended without coming. But it went away when I took a shower. I'm a little worried about the side effects, but I'll try drinking it again.

I heard that it works faster if you take it on an empty stomach, so I drank it at night and in the morning without eating and ended up throwing up. I also had a flushed face and stuffy nose, so I don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach. Instead, it gives you the best erection.
Next time I'll try taking it after eating.

It didn't do much for my premature ejaculation, so maybe it's psychological. People who suffer from it should try a few things.

I've already taken plenty of regular erectile dysfunction drugs, so I bought this to try something new.
It does make it harder to come, but as someone who suffers from extreme premature ejaculation, I still feel like I'm not out of the realm of premature ejaculation.
Even if I try to apply numbing cream, it reduces sensitivity so much that sex loses its true meaning.
I guess extra thick condoms are the answer.
