I cut it in half and tried drinking it, and it worked immediately within an hour.
It seemed to be slightly harder and larger than usual.
It also lasted about three times longer than usual.
I think the pleasure of ejaculation was slightly reduced, though.
As for the side effect, my face felt hot for about 12 hours.
