I heard that it works faster if you take it on an empty stomach, so I drank it at night and in the morning without eating and ended up throwing up. I also had a flushed face and stuffy nose, so I don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach. Instead, it gives you the best erection.
Next time I'll try taking it after eating.

The desire that I had almost given up on is exploding. That's because this medicine is truly amazing. I've already taken plenty of regular erectile dysfunction drugs, so I bought this to try something new.
It does make it harder to come, but as someone who suffers from extreme premature ejaculation, I still feel like I'm not out of the realm of premature ejaculation.
Even if I try to apply numbing cream, it reduces sensitivity so much that sex loses its true meaning.
I guess extra thick condoms are the answer.

The first time it didn't last that long! The second time, I had to wait until I thought it wouldn't work! Side effects: I've never had these with medicine, but I had a hot flush, headache, diarrhea, etc. The side effects lasted quite a long time, so maybe a spray would be better.

For the past few years, I've been having trouble maintaining an erection, and having a second round has been tough, so I wondered if there was anything better, and bought this. I tried it right away, and once I got an erection, it was clearly much harder, and it didn't shrink right away, and I was happy that I could keep it hard the whole day! I was able to get an erection the second time around without much time in between, so I was able to get my confidence back, but I did have a stuffy nose.

The effect was amazing, and I was barely able to climax after the second round.
My penis remained hard as a rock, so the woman was very happy.
As for side effects, I had headaches and stuffy nose every time, and they were quite severe every time.
Also, it doesn't go well with alcohol, or rather it's to the point where it's contraindicated, so it's difficult for me to handle and I can't enjoy food or alcohol, so I think I'll switch to a different medicine next time.
