After the first dose, wait at least 24 hours before taking another.

This product contains active ingredients Avanafil 100mg/200mg and Dapoxetine 60mg, with total doses available in 160mg/260mg specifications.

Some users may take 2-3 times the recommended dose for stronger effects, but this does not enhance efficacy.

The maximum single-dose intake of Avanafil per sexual activity is 200mg.

Super Avana should not be taken again within 24 hours.

Food Interactions

If taken after meals, wait at least 2 hours.

Taking too early may hinder drug absorption.

High-fat foods like grilled or fried items require longer digestion; fasting intake is advised.

After complete absorption, dietary choices are unrestricted.

Alcohol Interactions
Dapoxetine intensifies alcohol side effects—concurrent use is prohibited.

Alcohol consumption should occur 1-4 hours after taking the medication.

Though mechanisms are unclear, both alcohol and Dapoxetine affect serotonin, norepinephrine, and other brain hormones, potentially causing nausea, palpitations, headaches, excessive sweating, severe intoxication, or even fainting.

Primary Side Effects
The main side effects include decreased blood pressure due to vasodilation, eye congestion, facial flushing, palpitations, nasal congestion, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, etc.

These side effects are primarily caused by the vasodilatory effect. During sexual arousal, when blood flows strongly to the penile region, these side effects usually subside.

Special Symptoms
As special symptoms, visual abnormalities may occur, such as seeing things as if through blue-tinted glasses or difficulty distinguishing between blue and green.

In most cases, these phenomena are temporary and not problematic. However, if significant vision loss occurs, there is a risk of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

If symptoms such as sudden vision loss or blindness occur, immediately consult an ophthalmologist or other specialized institution.

Additionally, if an erection lasts more than 4 hours and is accompanied by pain, it may be priapism.

If the erection persists for more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

※What is non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)?
When the blood supply to the optic nerve is interrupted, optic nerve cells may become dysfunctional or even necrotic. This condition is called ischemic optic neuropathy.
Although the causal relationship is not yet clear, there have been rare reports of associations in individuals taking erectile dysfunction medications.

Concurrent use may intensify the QTc prolongation effect caused by amiodarone.

・CYP3A4 Inhibitors
(Antifungals, Antibiotics, Antivirals such as Telithromycin, Nefazodone, Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Nelfinavir, Atazanavir, Clarithromycin, Telithromycin, etc.)
These drugs may increase the blood concentration of this product and prolong its half-life in the body.

・Serotonergic Drugs

・Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (Antidepressants)
Concurrent use with dapoxetine may cause autonomic dysfunction such as abnormal hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, mood instability, and confusion.

・Grapefruit (including juice)
The furanocoumarins present can inhibit metabolic enzyme activity, slowing drug breakdown.
This may lead to excessive absorption of drug components, thereby enhancing efficacy and side effects.

・Antihypertensive Drugs
This product has hypotensive effects. When used with antihypertensives, temporary symptoms such as dizziness and postural instability may occur.
