It took about 20 minutes to take effect. I was suffering from premature ejaculation, and up until now I ejaculated about 1 minute after insertion. Sometimes it was as short as 30 seconds. After using Super Avana, it extended to about 3 minutes at first. After a few times, the time to ejaculation extended to 5 minutes, then 20 minutes. I tried timing it with my partner to see how long it would extend, and the other day it was just before 40 minutes. Now I've been able to have fun with my partner, seeing how long I can extend the time.

I was using ED medication that was affected by food, but I bought Super Avana because I heard it is not affected by food and is also effective in preventing premature ejaculation. I bought it and tried it. It was very effective, so I will switch to this from now on.

I don't usually have much stamina, but when I get nervous, I end up with premature ejaculation, which has been bothering me. The effect is quite good, so I want to give it 5 stars. But I gave it 4 stars because it should not be taken with alcohol. When I first saw the medicine, I thought it was green and very suspicious (lol), but I didn't experience any side effects and the effect is perfect!

Maybe it's because of my age, but I didn't have premature ejaculation before, but after I turned 40, I could still get an erection, but it didn't last very long. I bought Super Avana because my wife didn't seem satisfied with it, even though she didn't say anything. I tried it without telling my wife. I'm glad I bought it because my wife seemed satisfied with the lasting power after a long time. In the end, she found out that I was using drugs lol.
