Usage Instructions

Timing of Administration

The correct way to take Super Tadalafil is with warm water on an empty stomach, 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.

If you need to take it again after the first dose, please wait at least 24 hours.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1 tablet once daily (each tablet contains 20mg of Tadalafil and 60mg of Dapoxetine).

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Since higher doses increase the risk of side effects, if the dose feels too strong or if you are taking it for the first time, you may split the tablet in half (half a tablet contains 10mg of Tadalafil and 30mg of Dapoxetine).

Effect of Food

It is recommended to remain fasting for at least 2 hours before taking the medication.

This is related to the absorption mechanism of Tadalafil: the component needs to be absorbed through the intestines into the bloodstream, and residual food in the stomach can cause premature absorption in the stomach.

If you consume a high-fat meal before taking the medication, the fat from the food may coat the intestinal walls and reduce drug absorption.

This is the first time I've bought this as an ED medication. I've taken six tablets so far, half a tablet at a time. Side effects include facial flushing, stuffy nose, and dizziness, but these symptoms seem to get milder as I continue to take it. It's effective. However, as the side effects get milder, it seems like the original effect is also getting weaker. Maybe my body has gotten used to the medication. I'm thinking about whether to buy it again or something else.
