When I take it, my lips swell. It feels like it's spicy, and my stomach hurts.
I do get an erection, but I just can't climax, so maybe it's not for me.
And it's bad for my partner too.
I feel like regular Cialis works better for me.

It worked well at first, but after about 4 tablets the effect started to decrease, so maybe it was too strong for me and I developed a tolerance to it.
If you're using it for the first time, I recommend crushing it in a mortar and pestle, dividing each tablet into 5, and adjusting the amount as you go.
You can also buy capsules for individual packing on Amazon.

I bought Super Tadarise, which combines Cialis with premature ejaculation prevention, because the reviews were good, but it didn't have much effect on me. I usually take generic Cialis, so I can have sex for a long time whenever I want, but it doesn't seem to have much effect on premature ejaculation. Next time, I'd like to try a medicine that only improves premature ejaculation.

It is clearly less effective than Super Shiasma.
Why is that, even though it has the same ingredients?
