I bought this because it was said to be effective against premature ejaculation. I (in my early 50s) take it one hour before sexual intercourse as it lasts for 4-5 hours. I am satisfied with the erection and continue to buy it. As a side effect, I had a slight headache and a rise in body temperature one hour after taking it.

It is clearly less effective than Super Shiasma.
Why is that, even though it has the same ingredients?

ED drugs with the word "super" in the name contain dapoxetine. Dapoxetine acts on the parasympathetic nervous system, calming nervous excitement and significantly extending the time until ejaculation. As it is a generic version of Cialis, the effects last for a long time, so if you have sex every day, you will feel like you have gotten one more.
I think Super Tadarise, the long-lasting generic version of Cialis, is the best ED drug.

Actually, I was feeling down lately when I was drinking with friends and one of them gave me a pill.
It was really good, and the price is not too high for a one-time drink, so I bought some too.
To be honest, I had never even heard of Cialis, but this is enough to get me fully erect.

Although there were some minor side effects (like feeling nauseous), when it came to actually having sex with my girlfriend, it was incomparable to anything I've ever done before!
