Duralast is a generic version of Priligy, belonging to premature ejaculation prevention medications.

It has improvement effects for premature ejaculation caused by factors such as anxiety, excitement, and tension.

Take it 1 hour before sexual activity to extend ejaculation time to 2-3 times the normal duration.


The main ingredient, dapoxetine, prevents the decrease of serotonin in the brain caused by excitement or tension, thereby prolonging ejaculation time.

One cause of premature ejaculation is excessive excitement due to mental stress, leading to early ejaculation.

This often stems from psychological anxiety triggered by past failures, resulting in premature ejaculation due to the fear of "not failing."

Recent studies also indicate that serotonin deficiency caused by severe stress is a significant trigger for premature ejaculation.

For such symptoms, Duralast, which suppresses excitement and anxiety by increasing serotonin levels, demonstrates significant efficacy.


Premature ejaculation can be broadly categorized into the following 4 types:

• Psychogenic premature ejaculation due to stress or traumatic events
• Sensitive type premature ejaculation triggered by lack of sexual experience and easy excitement
• Decline type premature ejaculation due to aging or muscle weakness leading to reduced control

For psychogenic premature ejaculation, this product containing dapoxetine is recommended.

Timing of Administration
Take 1 to 2 tablets one hour before sexual activity.

Blood concentration peaks approximately one hour after administration, and the effect can last for 3 to 5 hours.

After taking it once, if you need to take it again, be sure to wait at least 24 hours.

The maximum dose of dapoxetine that can be taken per sexual activity is 60mg.

Even taking 2 or 3 times the recommended dose at once will not enhance the drug's effect.

Recommended Dosage
When taking dapoxetine-containing medication for the first time, it is recommended to start with 30mg. Therefore, begin with one tablet.

Effect of Alcohol
The main ingredient, dapoxetine, enhances the adverse effects of alcohol, do not take it with alcohol. 

If you wish to drink alcohol, do so 1 to 4 hours after taking the medication.

Since both alcohol and dapoxetine act on serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, they may have a synergistic effect, causing nausea, palpitations, headache, excessive sweating, enhanced intoxication, and sometimes even fainting.

・Grapefruit (including juice) 
Because it contains furanocoumarins that inhibit the activity of metabolic enzymes in the body, delaying drug breakdown, leading to excessive absorption of drug components, which may enhance efficacy or side effects.
