I used half the 20mg on an empty stomach and it worked in about 30 minutes. If you stimulate me, I'll be hard as a rock! I had no mid-sex, which I was worried about, and I was able to have a good first round! I was hoping I could have a second round right away, but that wasn't possible... The effect didn't change even when I took one tablet. As for the side effects I was worried about, I felt a little hot. I sometimes had palpitations and stomach pains. I tried taking one tablet after a meal and it had no effect at all. I recommend taking it on an empty stomach. I didn't think it was bad at all, but I'm thinking of finding something that suits me better.
