It's just amazing. I was rock hard like a teenager while I was playing around. However, if I took half the bottle, I got too much dapoxetine and couldn't get it on, and sometimes I even became insensitive. So I gave it a star less, but in terms of effectiveness I'd give it 10 stars lol. It's a bit too effective, so I'm thinking of trying Super P next.

However, my own condition also plays a role, and although I didn't get completely rock hard erections, it did resolve about 70% of the erectile dysfunction I'd been experiencing since my late thirties.
This was also the case with Viagra, so I think this is the best value for money.
At first, 100mg was fine, but as I'm getting older, I wanted to make my erections more reliable, so I went for 200mg. It worked relatively well for me!
