This is a very helpful drug for me, who suffers from premature ejaculation and slight ED. This is the first time I've ever used a drug like this, and it has more of an effect than I expected. To be honest, before I used it, I thought it would only have a placebo effect, but that wasn't the case. I usually can't even last three minutes, but when I used this drug, it extended my time by more than 10 minutes. It also seems to have the effect of Viagra, so I feel like I've become younger. It's great that you can get two effects from one pill.

It is more effective at preventing premature ejaculation than other ED drugs that have the effect of preventing premature ejaculation. Other drugs only last about 5 minutes at most, but with this I can go for about 15 minutes, so I like it and keep buying it.

It has a very strong effect. First of all, the side effect is that you get a nausea about 50 minutes after taking it. I took 4 tablets and got a nausea all 4 times, so there's no doubt about it. However, the effect is so amazing that it blows away such side effects. My boner becomes harder than usual, and if I don't want to come, I don't come at all. The nausea comes once and it's over, so if you have sex after you've finished, there's no problem.

Overall, it's effective!
However, my own condition also plays a role, and although I didn't get completely rock hard erections, it did resolve about 70% of the erectile dysfunction I'd been experiencing since my late thirties.
This was also the case with Viagra, so I think this is the best value for money.
At first, 100mg was fine, but as I'm getting older, I wanted to make my erections more reliable, so I went for 200mg. It worked relatively well for me!

Wow, I was surprised. I usually ejaculate in about 5 minutes, but I think it lasted about 15 minutes. I forgot when, but I read that it's harder to reach orgasm when you're fully erect, so I wonder if the effect of Viagra was also what made it last so long? However, I felt my face get quite hot. I guess that's really a side effect. Other than that, I didn't have any side effects, so it didn't interfere with sex. I'm very happy to have found a good product.

It's quite strong. If you're worried about side effects, it may be quite tough. However, the effect is quite strong. Take one tablet on an empty stomach. After 40 minutes, side effects such as a stuffy nose kick in. Then enter the "bath" that you have requested and reserved. Just kissing the girl makes you fully erect. It's harder than usual and you're bursting with energy. After that, as usual, I enjoy the girl's full service like a frozen tuna, but unlike usual, my mind is very calm. I bought it with high expectations because it comes with an extra charge. I thought it was pretty extra exciting. It almost makes me feel silly that I was suffering from premature ejaculation. What's more, it makes my penis really hard, so this is really amazing.
