When it arrived the box was a soaked mess, and when the postman arrived it was already in this state, so I just threw it away. Normally I would have left the item and filed a complaint, but I was so pissed at the time...
I then called to complain, but they said they were not very accommodating, and that they would check and email me later, but I hung up, and still haven't heard back now, almost two weeks later.
I've used their service a few times, so it's disappointing.
I'd like them to either redeliver the item or give me a refund.

I had a feeling of swelling in my throat and it was hard to concentrate. It didn't suit me at all.
