In my case, I took it on an empty stomach and within 15 minutes my face started to flush and I got a headache.
Before that I often took Cialis (Super Tadarise, etc.), but the side effects were stronger than Cialis.
You might want to try taking half and half.
I didn't get the diarrhea that other people have mentioned.
The consistency is sufficient, and my partner said it was harder than usual, so I think it's effective.
It's also cheap, so I'll try using it for a while.
