In my case, I took it on an empty stomach and within 15 minutes my face started to flush and I got a headache.
Before that I often took Cialis (Super Tadarise, etc.), but the side effects were stronger than Cialis.
You might want to try taking half and half.

I took half the dose, and about three hours later I had a headache.
