My personal impression after trying it out is that it was developed for small Asians, so I feel that the side effects are milder than Viagra for Westerners. However, I guess the effect is a little weaker because of that. I didn't get the strong erection that Viagra does. It seemed to promote a natural erection, so Zdena is enough for people who just want to enjoy sex normally, as it gives you a firm erection that doesn't affect the act, but it's not suitable for people who want to enjoy it until they run out of energy.
