I bought this because I haven't been able to get rid of my fatigue lately and I think I'm getting stressed. It smells like herbs (lol). I don't know if it's effective yet, but I feel like it's helping to relieve some of my fatigue. Another thing that bothered me was that the box was dirty. I was surprised when I first saw it. Maybe I'm being too concerned, but I'll try it anyway. Please be careful next time.
