I bought this to relieve stress. I've been taking it for about two weeks, and I don't feel like my stress has gone away, but I wake up feeling better even after a short sleep. I feel like my irritability has calmed down. It also seems to help improve PMS in women, so I'll continue taking it for a little longer.

I stopped taking it because it gave me diarrhea, which I think was a side effect.

An acquaintance of mine said that Ashwagandha supplements are good, so I searched for some and finally found them on this overseas mail order site. As they say, it's good, and when I drink it, I feel less tired, I wake up feeling better, and I can concentrate on my work. I'm glad I bought it.

My wife told me to drink it, so I started using it. I had never bought it myself, and honestly, I thought it would have no effect. After drinking it until it became a habit, I felt better than before. I no longer felt strangely tired, and my skin felt younger. Of course, I also drink it at night. I bought this to reduce fatigue. I work overtime a lot and don't get much sleep, but since I started taking Ashwagandha, I wake up feeling refreshed and better than before. I have some erectile dysfunction, so I would be happy if it had an effect at night, but I haven't noticed it yet. I'll continue taking it for a little longer. I've also read articles saying that it has terrible side effects, but I haven't had any symptoms so far.

I continued drinking it because I couldn't get rid of my fatigue or feel like I was in the mood, and although it's not amazing, I do feel more energetic.
