Since I turned 30, I've had days where my physical strength didn't improve even when I slept, so I bought maca that a friend recommended. Since I started taking it, I feel like I've gotten about 5 years younger, and it's much easier to get up in the morning. In winter, my hands and feet get cold and it's a tough season, but I'm so happy that my cold sensitivity has improved! I'll keep taking it. On days when I don't take it, my body feels heavy.

My libido has increased dramatically, so I wonder if it's working.
I thought I had no more, but my libido has gotten so strong that I've started going out to town to pick up girls like I did in my early 20s.
I've been able to get along with a lot of different people and expand my network, so I've been feeling fulfilled lately thanks to this supplement.
I guess libido is important after all lol

I started training and wanted to get enough amino acids, so I'm taking this in combination with soy protein.
My muscle mass has increased at a tremendous rate and my body has become toned, but recently my libido has been so low that it's a bit of a problem.
I feel energized in the mornings, just like when I was a student.

I bought it because I read some testimonials from people who said that maca helped improve menopausal symptoms. I thought maca was for men, but it seems to be effective for women as well because it helps balance hormones. I've been taking one tablet every morning and night for about two weeks now, and my headaches and depression have subsided. My skin's complexion has improved, and I feel like my skin is looking prettier. It's also great that it's reasonably priced and easy to continue taking.

Due to my age, I have no choice but to rely on this kind of thing. I think there are many other things that have a tonic effect, but I think maca is the best. I have never had any problems when I take it, and I am glad that it is safe. Since I started taking it, I have actually become less tired, so I am very satisfied. However, it does not work immediately after taking it, so be careful.

I've tried a lot of supplements, but I think the ones from overseas are the best. If you're going to use it every day, the price and quantity have to be around this much or it'll be a bit unsatisfying. And Maca is gradually starting to work. After about two months, I've started to feel less tired.

Maca is great for recovering from fatigue, but it's also great for my penis. I thought it was too early to start taking ED medication, so I've been taking maca and penis enlargement supplements, but this alone is enough to get me an erection. Does that mean I can still be active? Not only my erections, but the fact that I no longer ejaculate in strange places has somehow given me a strange sense of confidence (lol). Also, it seems like the amount is increasing? I didn't think so when I first started using it, but it's good to keep doing something!
