I tried 5-20mg.
I was afraid of side effects so I bought 5mg, but although I felt some effect, it wasn't great.
At 10mg, it was about 80-90% and I felt headache and hot flashes as side effects, but it wasn't so bad that it got in the way.
At 20mg, if there was any stimulation, I could fight back for about 14 hours, and then I fell asleep due to exhaustion.
The side effects were quite strong, so if I took it before going to bed the day before having sex, I was able to do my usual thing the next day without being bothered by side effects.
I felt that it all depends on how you use it.
Next time I'll try the light version.

First time using it. After eating and drinking, I took half of the 40mg at around 11pm. I took a bath and masturbated after midnight. Lately it wasn't hard enough, but this time it felt harder than usual. I wasn't prone to premature ejaculation, and it was a satisfying ejaculation for the first time in a while. It stayed hard for a while after that. I felt like I could go for a second round. It calmed down naturally. I slept overnight and felt a little better in the morning. It's okay to take it an hour before, but I think it's best to take it two hours before. So far, there have been no side effects.

The packaging was not damaged and it was sturdy.

Last year, I had an online consultation at XXX Medical Clinic, and they recommended Cialis first, and when I agreed, they recommended a generic version, and in the end I was forced to buy Tadarise at the price of Cialis. It worked, so I bought it this time, but I feel like I lost out last time. They sent it to me, but it looks the same, so I don't think it's effective. I tried Tadarise, which is a generic version of Cialis. It took about an hour to take effect, and lasted for more than half a day, which is the same as the Cialis I usually take. It works well for me, so I'm going to switch to this one.

I'm using 1/4 tablet of Tadapox and 20mg in combination.
I was able to do it 7 times in 5 hours.
The second time, I had to use My Hand to get it going.
