In my opinion, sildenafil is very effective. When I took one tablet, I got a terrible headache and couldn't even think about having sex. I took some Loxonin that I had with me and it went away, but the side effects were a bit harsh. But it's so effective that I'm now taking half a tablet. With half a tablet, the side effects aren't so noticeable and I get a good erection, so it's just right. If you're using Viagra for the first time, I recommend starting with half a tablet.
