If you are a first timer, I recommend starting with one box. I tried cutting half a tablet with a pill cutter, but the time when it takes effect is limited, and it can cause headaches and loose stools, so it's best to be cautious at first. I think that Valif and Ciasma are more suitable for me.

I've been jacking off on the weekends.
The most I've ever done in a day was 12 times, but I was curious to see what would happen if I tried some medicine, so I bought some.
I recovered faster than usual, and was able to do 10 times in 5 hours, but there wasn't much of a reaction after that.
I checked the website and it said the effect lasts for about 5 hours, so I think that's probably true.

I failed the first time, but the second time I tried it by going fasting for a longer period of time (I didn't eat anything the day before).
I enjoyed the sense of fulfillment that welled up inside me.

I've tried various things like Shiasma, Barif, and Zaisma, but the erection with the sildenafil-based Vithma and Kamagra is the best. It seems that my partner can tell the difference in hardness too. I take one pill on an empty stomach at around 6pm, drink and eat about an hour later, then take a bath and go to bed, and it's still effective, and it's so big and hard that I don't think it's mine. It lasts all night and lasts until morning, so I can do it in the morning.
