I think it varies from person to person, but I was surprised when I took Kamagra for the first time in a while. It felt noticeably harder, thicker, and longer than usual. My girlfriend was also surprised and satisfied, asking me "What happened today?" I'm 67 years old and have no chronic illnesses.
