Kamagra is a generic version of Viagra, so it is definitely effective. However, if you buy it online, it takes a long time to arrive, so it often doesn't arrive when you really need it. That's why I buy 40 tablets at a time.
I recommend buying in bulk because it costs shipping if you buy it little by little.
