This is probably the most effective! I tried Cialis and its generics but they weren't enough,

I took it at 10pm and had a terrible headache that didn't go away until 4pm the next day. If you have nerve damage from tooth decay, the side effects may be excruciatingly painful.
The erectile effect lasted for several hours within 30 minutes of taking it.
The good and bad points were extremely divided.

Maybe it's because I'm still young or because of my constitution, but although it did have an effect, it felt the same as when I didn't use it.
