The first time I took it, there were no problems, but the second time, I got nausea and diarrhea, just like everyone else has written. It may be that it goes well with ED medication, but if I take it at the same time as Viagra, I always get diarrhea.

Whenever I take it, I get diarrhea. It smells different from normal diarrhea, so it's clearly a side effect. I'm very grateful for this because I tend to be constipated. It's very effective for premature ejaculation. I usually make my girlfriend cum with a sex toy after I cum first, but this time I was able to make her cum without using a toy. By the way, I usually get diarrhea about an hour after taking it, so I think it's not a problem once you get used to it.

Even 30mg is too effective...If used by someone who is not prone to premature ejaculation to begin with, they will not be able to achieve vaginal orgasm.

This was my first time taking it, and even though I used to have a tendency to ejaculate in as little as one minute, after taking Pozet, I was able to last five times longer.
It may just be my constitution, but I've had absolutely no side effects, even though they're listed on the product, so I'm very satisfied.
