I suffer from ED. I use Cialis regularly, but I also have a tendency to ejaculate prematurely, so I bought this.

I switched from Super Tadarise. Super Tadarise has no problem with preventing premature ejaculation, but I often had erectile dysfunction the next morning when having sex. I wanted it to last a little longer, so I switched to Extra Super Tadarise, which has a higher amount of tadalafil. I can cum without erectile dysfunction, so it was a great decision to switch! Sex right after waking up feels so good!

About an hour after taking it, I always get diarrhea and rush to the toilet. If I take half the dose, I get a headache and feel hot. Even with a quarter dose, I get diarrhea, but no headache or hot flashes.
It does have an effect on erections and suppressing premature ejaculation, so I'm wondering if I should take it again.
