I get a little heartburn when I take it, but I started to see results after about two weeks of taking it.
The amount of semen hasn't changed drastically, but the number of twitches during ejaculation has increased, and the color of the semen has become darker and whiter. I can ejaculate every day.
I'm usually horny, and my morning and sex erections have improved, so I'd like to continue taking it.

I've only been taking it for about a week, so I don't know yet if it's effective, but the smell isn't bothersome. The pills are large, but they're easy to take and I think I can continue taking them. The smell of the packaging, which is unique to India, is quite strong.

I bought five and this is my third.
With the first one, I was taking one tablet twice a day. When I got to the second one, I changed to taking one tablet in the morning and two tablets at night. Then, my erection grew about 1cm larger than before, to 15cm. My shaft has become thicker, so much so that I can even see it. (Thickness seen from the side)
My erection has gotten stronger and my morning wood is rock hard, and it's hard to stop lol. I think my semen volume has increased a little.
I've only just started taking it, so I'm looking forward to seeing the changes in the future.

As it claims to increase sperm count, if you take it every day, you will feel the effects after about three days. I could really feel the sperm building up.

I've been taking Sperman for a while, thinking it might have some effect on my health.

I immediately tried taking it before meals together with ED medication. My body felt warm and normal. After taking it for two days in a row, it went well after about three hours. I'm 69 years old, and the amount was double what I would have taken with just ED medication. It means that the glans swells when it comes out, so it's effective! I think so.

I previously purchased a similar product from Amazon and took two bottles, but there was no change. I thought it wouldn't work this time either, but after taking one tablet twice a day, my libido and semen volume have improved dramatically! It takes longer to arrive than Amazon, but with this effect, I'll definitely buy it again.
