I take one tablet a day at night.

Even though it's just a supplement, it's not to be underestimated. It's amazing. I was surprised at the amount of sperm and the sensation I felt after taking it for a while. I bought it for infertility treatment, but it doubled the pleasure and gave me energy for my next pregnancy. If it's just to increase the amount of sperm, there's no reason not to take it. I'm going to keep taking it and see if it increases even more. I hope for good results.
