Pozet with dapoxetine causes severe nausea, so I bought this product with duloxetine.
As a result, the nausea was a little better than with dapoxetine, but it was a lethargy that was different from nausea... Neither of them seem to suit me, so I sometimes can't concentrate on the act and give up halfway through.
However, if you ask me which one I'll use in the future, I'll go with this one with duloxetine.
