It's just bitter.
Even after 30 minutes have passed since taking it,
the bitterness remains.
As for efficacy, it didn't have much effect.
I won't be buying it again...

I thought it would work quickly, but it made me stiff a few hours later and didn't work when I needed it most. Also, if I don't have anything to drink, it stays in my mouth.
