I've been obsessed with supplements since I turned 40, and it's been almost 10 years since then. I only recently discovered Himalayan supplements, including Gokshura. From my own experience, it's not true that overseas supplements are more effective than domestically produced ones. If I do nothing, I'll just get weaker, but by combining Gokshura with exercise, my muscle strength and vitality have increased, and I feel like I'm getting younger. I've been feeling a decline in not only my energy but also my physical strength, so I was looking for something that could help me regain my strength and I found Gokshura. I think the loss of strength and energy is due to the hormone balance that goes wrong during menopause. Since I started taking this, I feel like I've become more positive in many ways.
