I've tried a variety of medications that work for both ED and premature ejaculation, but this one is a bit tricky. The effect is the same as other combination drugs, and it does improve the condition. However, the tablets are large and difficult to swallow. If I were to use Superfildena, I would have preferred Supervisma, which is small and easy to swallow.

This is my third time ordering again. The side effect of the headache is mild, so it goes away while I'm having sex.
Last time I took the whole tablet and regretted it, so this time I cut it in half and took it, which was just right and didn't interfere with my sex.

As I get older, my sexual energy has been declining, so I used Viagra for a while, but I decided to switch to a more affordable generic and bought Superfildena. It works on both ED and premature ejaculation, so it's a good value. I'll continue to use it.
