I bought this because my girlfriend was about to dump me because of premature ejaculation. When I applied it, my senses became numb and it was hard to come! I think it lasted almost 10 minutes! I've been suffering from premature ejaculation for a while, and I was looking for something I could do about it, and I found Prilox. It's a local anesthetic, so I was a little scared to try it out, but it worked. My glans is sensitive, so I applied it generously and it lasted quite a while. However, applying too much can be a real problem. It's not good at all. It was even worse if I was wearing a condom. I guess it's a local anesthetic after all. I think a little bit of it on your fingertip is enough at first. It's best to try it as many times as you can until you find the right amount for you.

The instructions say to apply the compress 30 minutes before sex, but for me it seems to be more effective to apply it 40 minutes before.

Just by applying it, it extends the time until ejaculation.

This was my first time using something like this. I was scared to use it for real, so I tried it out first. It came with a strange plastic stick, but I didn't use it and just applied the cream to my private parts with my bare hands. After about 30 minutes, I lost all feeling. I could feel my fingertips as well as my private parts! I found out later that it was a stick for applying the cream. It's extremely effective. If I see something erotic, I get a boner. If I want to cum, I can cum easily. If I don't want to, I can't cum. The only drawback is that it seems impossible to get a blowjob. I recommend it to people who can tolerate that. I don't have any problems with it, so I'll keep using it. Actually, I bought it again.
